This Privacy Notice explains how ThreatDash Ltd. (“ThreatDash,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data collected through threatdash.com (the “Site”). For our product/services and design-pilots, data processing is governed by separate agreements (e.g., a DPA) with the customer.

We rely on consent (for cookies/marketing), performance of a contract (responding to your requests), and legitimate interests (site operation, security, and improvement).
Cookies & analytics.
The Site may use cookies and analytics services provided by our vendors (e.g., Webflow hosting, analytics providers you enable). You can control cookies via your browser and, where required, through our cookie banner preferences.
Sharing.
We share personal data with service providers (hosting, analytics, CRM, email), and as required by law or to protect rights. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers.
If data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.
Retention.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: contact submissions up to 24 months; basic server logs up to 12 months; or longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
Security.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data; no method is 100% secure.
Your rights.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@threatdash.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children.
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this Notice; the “Effective date” will show the latest version.
