To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreatDash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed US\$100.

Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts in Tel-Aviv–Yafo will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights where applicable.
