What we collect, and why
When you send us a request through the contact form. We receive your name, work email and company, and, if you choose to fill them in, your country, role, area of interest and message. We also receive the time you sent the form, the page you sent it from, and which button you used to open it. We use this only to answer your request and arrange a conversation with you. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries.
When you visit the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across sites. It records pages viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, and an approximate country. We use these counts to understand which pages are useful. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
To deliver the site. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies. When you close the privacy notice, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage so the notice does not appear again. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Who else handles the data
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and cookie-free analytics.
- EmailJS: delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365): our email, where your request is received and answered.
Some of these providers process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions (the European Commission recognises Israel as providing adequate protection) or on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. ThreatDash Ltd. and ThreatDash Europe d.o.o. may share inquiries with each other so the right team can reply.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept only as aggregated counts.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Email info@threatdash.com and we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel, the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, or the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the mailbox that receives your requests is limited to the people who need it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
